FastFocus courses in the Convergent HRS Learning Center are an integral part of a comprehensive program that builds on a baseline understanding of human and system error. We focus and apply this knowledge with process directed high reliability solutions that are designed to help reduce the frequency and negative impact or errors. FastFocus courses are intended to help those who have the most impact on patient outcome, the professionals at the patient’s bedside. This unique program provides a comprehensive multifacited approach to sustainably reducing human error as opposed to passive “protective layers” or event based "fixes" which make up most traditional safety programs.
The online FastFocus courses in the Convergent HRS Learning Center are designed to be completed in about 30 minutes of actual contact time. The learner must engage with and master the content of each course in order to satisfactorily pass the end of course examination.
